Is MAIOR SAÚDE only for older people?
No. It is for people of all ages who want to organize health and routine, especially adults from 25. Easy Mode helps those who prefer larger text and buttons.
Do I need to install the app?
You can use it in the browser on your phone or computer. On compatible devices, you can also add it to your home screen.
Can I already sign up for Completo (R$59.90) or Família Premium (R$99.90)?
Not yet. These new versions are in commercial preparation. Today you can sign up for Essencial (R$29.90). Current customers' benefits do not change.
How many dependents does each plan allow?
Essencial: none. Completo: 1 dependent. Família Premium: 2 dependents. Each person uses their own account, and Calendar and Medicines follow-up only happens with authorization.
How do the courses work?
Courses take place on an external platform and are released manually by the team after a request in the app. In Completo, they are for the account holder only, with a 60-day interval and checked completion. In Família Premium, 1 course per month for the account holder and up to 2 other people per month. Nominating someone for a course does not give access to the app.
Can my family see all my data?
No. Sharing requires authorization and is limited to permitted areas. You can revoke the link. Private information is never public.
How do payment and activation work?
Plans available for purchase appear on the subscription page. Payment is processed by Asaas. After confirmation, you can activate your account through the invitation shown at purchase.
Do reminders always make a sound?
Sound, vibration and alerts depend on browser and device permissions. The system may limit alerts when the app is closed.
Does the app replace a medical appointment?
No. MAIOR SAÚDE helps with organization and follow-up. It does not diagnose or replace professional advice or treatment.
